Supreme Authority of Scripture
The Bible is the completely inspired, inerrant, and final authority for all Christian faith, doctrine, and living. No human tradition or church council carries equal weight.
The Doctrines of Grace
Salvation is entirely the sovereign work of God from beginning to end:
• Total Depravity: Humanity is spiritually dead in sin and incapable of seeking God on its own.
• Unconditional Election: Before creation, God chose specific individuals for salvation based entirely on His grace, not foreseen faith.
• Definite Atonement: Jesus died on the cross specifically to secure and guarantee the salvation of His elect, completely satisfying God's wrath.
• Irresistible Grace: The Holy Spirit sovereignly regenerates the elect, giving them a new heart to willingly repent and trust Christ.
• Perseverance of the Saints: True believers are sealed by God and can never lose their salvation; they will endure in faith to the end.
Covenant Theology
God relates to humanity through historical covenants being fully realized only in the New Covenant, which is mediated by Christ and made strictly with believers.
Baptism
Baptism is an outward sign reserved exclusively for individuals who have made a conscious profession of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
Local Church Autonomy
While acknowledging a spiritual unity among all true believers globally, local congregations are fully independent and self-governing under the Lordship of Christ free from external denominational hierarchies.
